    We’ll start with a one-on-one session to go over your goals and set up a plan that fits your lifestyle. You’ll get access to a training app where your personalized workouts are uploaded each week, you just log in, follow the plan, and track your progress. Every week, we’ll check in to review how things went and make adjustments to keep your training effective and on point. Whether you're focused on strength, running, or a combination of both, I’ll guide you with a practical, science-based approach that’s supportive and easy to follow.

  • 1-on-1 Personal Training Session (local)

    1 hour where we can focus on form in lifting, learn new stretches, improve your running form, pace for you during a run. What ever you would like to work on we can go over.
